Parasound's P 6 preamplifier delivers an open, articulate soundstage for a wide variety of music sources. Bring out the richness in your vinyl, whether you're using a moving magnet or moving coil cartridge. Five line-level inputs let you connect an extensive range of analog components. It's not a streamer, but it works magic with its digital inputs. High-res music aficionados, take note — the P 6's premium on-board DAC supports DSD files up to 11.2 MHz, and PCM-based files up to 32-bit/384kHz via USB from your computer. Whatever your source, the P 6 delivers tremendous detail and warmth.
Versatile "2.1-channel" outputs and control
Parasound describes this preamp as "2.1-channel," and it offers unusual flexibility for stereo setups that incorporate a separate subwoofer. Outputs include unbalanced RCAs and balanced XLRs for your main stereo channels. One mono XLR output and two mono RCA outputs accommodate one- or two-sub setups.
